1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Sweet Scribbles. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our handcrafted sweets, or requesting corporate gifting orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Nutritional Information
All our products are handcrafted using premium, naturally sweetened ingredients like dates, figs, honey, seeds, and nuts. While we strive to ensure ingredients are transparently labeled, customers with severe food allergies (specifically nut allergies) should exercise caution as our kitchen handles tree nuts, peanuts, and dairy.
3. Custom Orders & Branding
For custom and corporate gifting boxes, customers may upload corporate logos or submit custom message templates. By uploading files, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and rights to use the trademarks/logos. We reserve the right to reject orders featuring content that is offensive, copyrighted without permission, or violates any laws.
4. Order Cancellations & Payment
Payments are securely processed via Zoho Payments. Orders are processed only upon successful verification of payment. For retail storefront purchases, cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Delivery & Shipping
We deliver across India from our base in Bengaluru. Delivery dates provided are estimates. While we take maximum care to package our fresh products to arrive safely, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or custom clearance.
