For retail online orders, if an item is in stock on our store, that batch has already been handcrafted, quality-checked, and is ready to be dispatched within 24 hours. We process dispatches Monday through Saturday to ensure your sweets reach you as fresh as possible.

2. Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate, customized, and bulk orders follow a dedicated production and fulfillment policy:

• Fresh Batch Production: Bulk confectionery is made to order upon confirmation to maximize freshness and shelf life.
• Custom Branding & Packaging: Custom sleeves, personalized greeting cards, and bespoke ribbons require 2–4 business days for printing and assembly.
• Flexible Logistics: We support both centralized bulk freight delivery to your corporate headquarters and multi-address direct dispatch to individual employee or client residences across India.

5. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

We believe in simple, transparent shipping rates:

• Free Shipping: All retail orders with a net total of ₹999 or above qualify for 100% FREE delivery across India.
• Standard Shipping: A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.

Because our bites contain rich couverture chocolate, pure dry fruits, and zero artificial preservatives, we package all shipments in sturdy, shock-absorbing rigid boxes with food-grade protective cushioning to protect against transit temperature and handling.
